The model below is based on work by Ken Wilber “Theory of Everything” and looks at the four quadrants of leadership development that The Lift Effect uses Wilbers four quadrants as a basis for leadership development.

Lift Up derives its power from the Lift Effect approach. To create sustained change the Lift Up programs are implemented over time, using a blend of interventions to create the most effective approach for the situation. Core interventions include:

The program's that I have undertaken had a real life edge. Theory and practice are often different, but the programs were delivered in such a way that they had real benefit. I did not have to try and make sense of the theory in a work sense, that part was done in a seamless manner.
